Es tracta d&#8217;identificar els motivadors o desitjos b\u00e0sics de cada persona, els quals mostren la manera que t\u00e9 cadasc\u00fa d&#8217;estar en el m\u00f3n des d&#8217;un punt de vista cognitiu, emocional i de comportament.<\/p><p>Hem treballat l\u2019Orientaci\u00f3 Biogr\u00e0fica a nivell individual i grupal, tant a nivell privat com instituci\u00f3 per treballar emocions, sobrec\u00e0rregues i neguits que es deriven de l&#8217;exercici professional.<\/p><p>La supervisi\u00f3 permet entendre el joc intersubjectiu que s&#8217;estableix entre el professional i el seu entorn (equip de treball, persones ateses i organitzaci\u00f3) i identificar aquells recursos propis i creatius, \u00fatils per millorar l\u2019acci\u00f3 professional.<\/p><p>Hem dut a terme supervisi\u00f3 al Grau de Treball Social, aix\u00ed com a diferents equips de Serveis Socials dels Ajuntaments de Barcelona, Reus, Viladecans i
